The roastery
Per Daily Coffee News (2019), the 15,000 square foot barn, built in 2017, holds six roasters ranging from 3 kg to 90 kg, including a wood-fired 15 kg Ghibli. It sits beside Coffee Lab International, a testing lab, and the CLI School of Coffee. Seven Days reports that the move to Waterbury Center followed flood damage from Tropical Storm Irene in 2011.

The company's about page describes "Farm Direct" sourcing and says many of its coffees are certified Organic and Fair Trade. It also lists sustainability practices.
